Thumbs up Well this was tasty!

I ran across a recipe for chicken that I thought might work with fish, so I tried it with bluegill and catfish filets tonight. Take a can of French Fried Onion Rings and crush with a rolling pin. Dip your fish (or boneless chicken) in egg, then the crushed onion rings. Put on an oiled cookie sheet and ovenfry for about twenty mnutes at 350.

I served it up with Chi-chi's Sweet Corn Cake and green beans. - Roberta

It gave me a good case of indigestion, but it sure tasted good going down. Just keep the Pepcid handy ;-) - Roberta
