I will gladly tell you they are the best crappie bait on the market. I started using them last year and I instantly fell in love with them.
We have fished three tournaments this year in the Indiana Slab Masters club and we finished 2nd in a 36 boat tourney, 5th in a 31 boat tourney and third in a 26 boat tourney.
Two of the three lakes I have never seen before the day before the tournament. I feel the Lake Fork Baby Shad has given us an advantage over the competition.
I also guide part time and last Sunday my client put 237 crappie in the boat in 6 hours. The only bait he used was the Baby Shad.
    I highly recommend them!

I have used them for about 6 months and have been very impressed if you use them try to use a non collared jig head they will last longer and a dab of super glue to hold it in place.

the only issue I had was they were tearing up because they are a little soft.

Guess I'm gonna have to order some of these. Have heard a lot of good things about them. Gander Mtn carries the bass stuff by Lake Fork but not the crappie jigs.

Are these as soft as the Gary Yamamoto jigs? His jigs are good but don't last long at all........

    Tight lines.

yes they are that is why I recommended to use the collarless heads. they will not rip as easy and last about 50% longer.

I met the Lake Fork folks at Grizzly and they are good people. I really like their jigs and the action. They are pretty soft but that is not a minus IMO. I've caught a lot of KY Lake crappie on them this spring.

They look like great baits, very similar to other baits that are proven very successfull.

They are pretty soft, maybe a little softer than the Yami's. Bass guys will tell you Lake Fork is junk. One fish and that's all you get out of a bait. Since our choice of fish isn't nearly as hard on them, they're still gonna outlast a minner.
