    Default Tube or twister tail?

While I use both of them, which is your go to style? Lately the tube has been working for me, in all sizes, but thwere are times when that curly tail works better, how about you?

For me the tube always worked better than the curly tail. I still use tubes sometimes but after making my own solid body jigs I have found that they catch more fish and last longer. We make a curly tail version and it also does well.

I always use tubes instead of curly tails because they produce better down here.

I try to have both so I can feed them what they want. The tube is doing better most days. I keep an assortment of tubes in a lot of colors, I keep the twisters in shades of green mostly.

I do better with tubes but have been successful on my only trolling trip with curly tails. We had 58 keepers and most of them were caught on twisters.

Tube's mostly but grub's work better for me in the spring when the fish are active.
