    Default Mark Twain

I am heading over for the first time next weekend (13th - 15th). Have the fish moved in shallow? I am assuming get deep into the creeks to find fish. Staying at Southfork, any advice as to what direction to head would be great. PM me if you want. Thanks - Can't wait to hit MTL!!!

JT - As of Sunday they were still in transition and not up on the banks (this was in Indian Creek). If you are in South Fork, I understand it is different and they may be back up in the brush. As I know you have read in other places, if you find them, hang out after the stop and they will start hitting again. Or what we do, if there aren't a bunch of boats around, when they stop biting, move to the next spot, and then just hop back and forth between spots every 10 or 15 minutes. If I were there this weekend I think I would start shallow and work your way away from the bank. They are holding on the same structure whether its shallow or deep.

Good Luck and let us know how it goes!
