Went to LOZ today put in at Larry Gale fished the Big Niangua slow this morning decided to run to the Grand Glaze arm Slower over there lol came back to the Niangua and three of us ended up with 21 fish. The cold front must have shut them off did catch several short fish though. Visiable shallow cover was the pattern the Niangua arm was very muddy black and pink worked the best fish were very scattered. Dont fish LOZ a lot but usually do better than that. No good fish just 9-10 inchers. Was planning on going back tomorrow but think I will go to Truman instead
We hit the Gravois arm on Saturday and had the same problem. We have done pretty good every time we have been down there this year and after we put in on Saturday we put 7 in the boat right away and then that cold front moved in and just shut them down. If it warms up like they say it is going to should be real nice fishing again by this weekend.
