Truman Thursday 4-28-11

Been reading threads on here for awhile finaly decided to start posting my own. Love to fish Truman best lake in the country as far as im concerned.

We fished on Thursday had a pretty good day put in at Bucksaw and fished up to Otter. Not a lot of fish holding to trees. The tree bite was scattered but got better as the day went. Most of our fish came from slow trolling out away from spawning banks in 10-11 ft water. Caught fish on the electric chicken and black and chartruse. Had 8 fish over a pound and one pound and a half.

thanks for the report, I need to start doing that also. I guess the spawn must be about done around Otter. Seems like I hear that area is good to fish about all year. Have a good weekend!
