    Default electric fillet knifes

for those who use electric knifes, what brand and style (pointed or blunt end) do you prefer to fillet fish (mainly panfish in my case but larger at times) I have over 20 yrs. exp. as a meat cutter so a real knife :D is no problem, just looking for another option for filleting.thanks.

I use the American Angler. Not a bad knife for $20 (when you catch 'em on sale).
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

X2, have one going strong for 4 or 5 years now, and it gets used.

I've been through several brands and I find the Black and Decker units worked best for me. I bought one primarily to cut briskets at local competitions. Seems to have a good blade design and enough power to fillet fish just fine too.

I have a Mister Twister that I have had for years. I've cleaned 100's of Walleyes with it. Blades run about $10 I never use electric on panfish. I have a 8" Rapala knife for that.
