chicot or grand lake

hey guy's can anyone give me a report or ethier lakes ? wanting to try one of them this weekend. any help would be helpful. thanks

i have not heard anything out of grand this year. the fishing at chicot has been slow. they picked up a little last week before the front came through and they were some slabs. i think some people have been catching a few on yo-yo's. i will probably head down there this weekend if the weather is ok. they are saying we are gonna get some rain and cooler temps.

arkansas game&fish reports some fish being caught on red wigglers & minnows, but i usually like jigs. i will be there fishing from state park area. i may try to run over to lake lee also. it's in mississippi, but between the levys. anyone heard any news from lake lee?

i like to fish at lee also but the ms river is so low that lee is probably very low. you might could catch some trolling over there but i have never fished it when it is this low. i don't think you can even get into paradise now unless the last rain brought the water level up some.

Went to Chicot Saturday, didn't catch a crappie just a few yellow bass. Didn't see anyone catch any. But they should get started with the weather warming this week. Won't be able to fish it until after crappie camp, will be there all of next week. A friend at work went to Grand friday and set out yo-yos and fished, didn't catch anything but catfish.
