Started 2 go with my 11 year old. Left the house was 2 windy 4 me turned around went home. decided 2 go mushroom hunting instead. Found 50-60 today. Fat and sassy nowHands ClappingMaybe n yhe morning if wind not so bad. We might go fishn.

Better safe than sorry, and mushrooms sound like a very good alternative!! ummm

We braved it and found a place or two where you could fish, the water up Sons creek is nasty right now and running about 58 - 61 deg. visibility is 2 - 3". We found some fish but they were very scattered and there was no pattern at all to them. I guess the weather just has them doing all sorts of things right now. Got enough for a mess for supper but nothing to brag about.

That sounds like stockton lake 2 me. Add a little wind,rain,then sun and fish go crazy . Sometimes 4 good sometimes not. Glad u got a mess 4 supper.
