Hwy 19 closer if you are headed to Mark Twain

Saw today that it is closing April 25 until Labor day at the East Lick Creek bridge between Laddonia and The Junction. That should make for some interesting detouring on summer weekends. I guess they are putting in a new bridge. It is very rough there.

thanks for the heads up! I'll be headed up on friday, so I hope they don't close it a few days early. I guess its a good year to get 'er done, cause with the way fuel prices are I wont be driving to twain as much as I had been.

I hope they get 154 back open by then, it is closed between 19 and 54 for some reason.

The modot site says the 154 will be open on the 20th. I come up from St. Charles via 61-54-154, so I hope its open in the next few days also. You can google modot, and on their page find an interactive map showing road construction. You can check mark on the left side to see future work on the map.
