    Default Crappie Fishing

I've never fished those lakes but the easiest time to get started crappie fishing is in the spring when they are spawning. At that time they move up to the banks around any kind of wood structure(fallen trees, stumps, etc). I like using minnows or jigs under a slip bobber. You'll find them. They start spawning in April/May depending on the weather and temps.
