    Default Trolling

What is your favorite trolling lure, and how do you fish it? I just spent the day trolling and came up empty. Just like to hear what others are using.
If vegetable oil is made from vegetables, what's baby oil made from?

This time of year I've seen fishermen use road runners and jigs. A couple of months from now, they tend to switch to crankbaits.

Best way to start out on this board is do a search and see what comes up. So here is a search for Long Line Trolling I did for you.

You will find that this question comes up here every year several times so easy to find lots of info.

I like to use small beetle spins with a 2.25" lady bug minnow mind'r with the tail off of a 2.5" mo' glo scent wiggler. They seem to work real good late in the evenings. My other favorite is using the blue/pearl/pink/chartruese tootie fruity tubes or the yellow/white/pink/and black ones on beetlespins. I have more luck out of beetlespins than roadrunners.

Yes i still like the black/yellow ones. I have caught a 10 lb bass off one of them. I love that color for bass fishing but i have never had much luck on it with crappie. The orange/black i have some. But I will never ever go bass fishin with out one. I bought all that grizzly jig had last time I was there. Also I like to use the jigs for crappie that are named Sain's jigs. I will post a picture of them in a minute. The man that makes them just passed away so I have been buying all of them I can find. They are like $1.50 a piece or so and I bought almost $75.00 from Grizzly Jig the other day. I love em

Do you troll with these, or cast and jig them? Nice looking jigs

I prefer 1/16th light wire hook ballhead jigs with different colored Sounthern Pro grubs. I'll run singles or doubles depending on how deep I want them down in the water column.
