Where to fish?

This is the lake I am trying to fish this week. Left side is the lake and right side is the end of the lake. It's divided by a bridge and the water seems to be flowing toward the end. Right side the water isn't that deep, maybe 12 ft as deepest, but mostly under 10 ft. There are lots of minnows near surface where water is only 1 or 2 feet. There is also a big fallen tree hanging on top of the water there. Left side of the water has a lot of shallow water filled with weeds near surface and deeper water in the middle. How would you plan your fishing on bare foot? (time and bait)
