Ball jigs with or without collar

I ordered some 1/32 & 1/16 ball head jigs without the collars. Going to use on solid jigs. Good or bad?

They work great,i usually use a drop of super glue to hold them on better.

X2 I use a barb to hold the body in place but lots of folks don't like the bulge they create and do what you are. Super glue helps on the tough days.
