What's the best electric for the money out there. I've always just bought the old black and deckers from Wally World for (9.99) then just tossed them in the can when they got dull. Now they don't sellum anymore. Help! Tenncrappie

I guess the next cheapest is the American Angler or the Mister Twister. You can buy replacement blades for the A.A. for around $7 and get a life of about two sets of blades out of the knife though.:o

I have both American Angler and a Berkley. Like both of them. Got the Berkley as a kit and have loved it so far with no problems.

I had the Rapala AC/DC and liked it very much but I wore it out and it still runs but not as fast as it use to. I am going to try the American Angler electric knife this time and see if it is as good as a lot of the guys say it is. EB

I have a Mister Twister. Cheap, easy to clean, and works great. You can buy replacement blades for them too.

The American Angler has worked well for me for several years. I got a set of replacement blades at WM, but that has been a while back when I got them.

I just bought American Angler and like it so far. Can't speak for longevity.

I've seen the replacement blades at Grizzly Jigs.
