    Trying to figure this all out. Fished all winter at coffeen. Caught quality fish in hot ditch. Starting to fish main lake now. When water warms up i will fish Litchfield lake. I know where the slabs are in that lake. Fished it all my life.

    My dad used to fish Litchfield quit a bit when I was younger. Been years since I've been there.

    I'm not too far north of you and have been wanting to get back down there. Can't recall if there's a horsepower limit there.

    i'm fairly new on this site. I heard at Bluff City Tackle in Alton, IL that Litchfield was so low that the ramps were closed. True or False? I dont want to drive all that way for nothing....

    true Lowered water last fall to do repair work along shoreline of homes. They lower every year after duck season to prevent dock damage by ice. This year more than usual. Always fills back. I will let you know
