Last Ice Crappie In Vermont
We're still on the ice in vermont, Probably this will be the last week. Did well, got 24 keepers. a lot of little fish had moved in so we had too work hard for the pounders. Caught all of our crappie on a pink gill pill from Custom Jigs and Spins, with a Maki Plastic "Jamei". Also got a 5 pound largemouth, and a good picture of him coming through the hole.

That's a nice catch. It's sooooooooo hard for me to visualize that you guys are STILL ice fishing as long as it has been warm down here.Heck...we're getting close to summer time temps here already.:rolleyes::D

It's too bad, we would get more time on the ice. We still have about a foot to 18 inches but the shore has left us, we've been walkin the plank to get on the ice. errrrrr

In the UP this past weekend, there still was about 2 feet of good ice. People were still driving their vehicles on the ice. Probably at least a couple more weeks of ice fishing the way it looks at this point.
