Default Guide wear, 100mph or Gamehide Typhoon???

He guys i am in the market for new Gortex rain gear and looking for your professional opinions. I have searched up and down for reviews and the cabelas guide wear seams to get good reviews. But i have also heard good about 100mph and gamehide. I hope to wear this in the spring through fall. I am not afraid to layer underneath. I currently have Frogg Toggs and want something a little more durable. Thanks in advance..

I have a Guidewear jacket and a pair of the Tourney Trail bibs. Both of them I got on sale for a deep discount at the local Cabela's store, but I would gladly pay full price. Best $170 I ever spent on fishing. It's amazing how much longer you can stay out when it's cold and wet. They're probably a bit heavy for summer if you live in an area with summer showers, though.
    Don't worry, catch crappie.

I bought the pro qualifier gore tex rain suit from Bass Pro and love it! I have had several rainsuits from frog toggs to a real expensive whitewater brand and nothing has come close to the pro qualifier! I like it because its good on warm days also! The 100mph suit was a little to warm of a suit for me as I am hot natured and on them warm rainy days I would get hot. I have fished in the pro qualifier suit in down pours that lasted most of the day and still be dry!

I too am very happy with my Pro Qualifiers, and I have really put them to the test - driving rain storm on the water - stayed bone dry.

Columbia Omni Heat. The only problem with the Omni Heat is. You won't want to wear it if the temp is above 65. I have a Browning rain suit for warmer weather. The Columbia is a little pricey but, you won't be cold or wet. Good stuff.
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

I have the guidewear and love it. The 100mph is good too, but I hate the bright BPS logos on them.
