I'm getting ready to trim my yorkshire terrier and was wondering if anyone use the hair . It is long and course. Some what hollow?? Silver and black and tan. He's a europe type yorkie that means he's bigger than what you see these 5 pounders. He's about 12 pounds???

It would be an interesting idea. Might start a new trend. You never know. By the way I think you would get more replies if you posted this in the jig making forum

** The wooleyboober man has a great pereinese (big white dog). He made some jigs with the dogs hair and they did catch fish. I think he may have photo on his website of he and his wife that day using the jigs.

Wouldn't be the first time I've heard of it being used.

If your willing to pay a good bit per package you can buy some dog hair. It's called Temple Dog and I have just one pack of Orange that I wanted to try, but just have not yet. It does look really good, but it's not just any dog as there is a Temple Dog.
