Patoka Lake catch

Hey everyone, I was told today that the DNR wants us to keep all the crappie from our tournament on the 26th. So if some of you want to take some fish home I'm sure there will be some people willing to give thiers up... I myself will be willing to give them away thats if I catch any on the 26th.
Speaking with the DNR today they are considering lifting the limits on crappies on Lake Monroe and possibly Patoka.
They claim these two lakes have an over population problem and its hurting the growth rate because they are competing for food and there isn't enough preditor fish in these lakes to make a dent in the populations.
I myself don't like the idea of keeping the fish from a tournament but they asked me to please take them out. Also the fact that we are transporting them down the highway to the weigh in site makes it illegal to release them back into the lake.
Thier words not mine so please take it easy on me....Lol!
