    Default Umbrella Rigs

I just got the latest issue of Crappie World and in it there is an article about using umbrella rigs to catch crappies. I have heard of these but I haven't ever used them and I was wondering if any of you did? Good points, drawbacks?

I also read it. but we can't use them here. The TWRA loves to write tickets for them here.

There was a link on here the other day and they were offering crappie.com members 10% off. I looked but could not find it. I'll try again. Maybe someone will remember what I'm talking about in the mean time.
This only my opinion, but nothing you can say will change my mind. That makes it a FACT.

Ive got one and think it is by that company. I use it tight line drifting. Ive cought some perch on it but no crappie yet. Its held up pretty good. If it gets bent I straighten it out. Somehow I seem to get it snaged more often.

Tried one last year. It snagged and tangled.
