heading to reelfoot

Hello, some buddies and i are heading to reelfoot on april 2. We considered driving down sat night. I would much rather head out sat morning find a place to stay sat night and check in to cypress sun morn. Does anybody have any ideas on a good place to stay around the tiptonville area. Would much rather pay for extra night than drive all night. Any info would be appreciated. I struggle to find fish anyway let alone after 10 hour drive. Thanks

Here is a link to Reelfoot Lake's fishing report and motels. I have stayed at Cypress Point and Boyette's and they are good.
