    Question autopilot trolling motor


    Just wondering if anyone has used the autopilot for trolling and if it would the course and speed okay.

    It is excellent for trolling. Set it on course, set the speed and you concentrate on fishing. I have used one 2 years and love it.

    Talking auto pilot

    Absolutely great motor, add co pilot and it is the greatest, had 3 of them, will not be without one ever again. possum1

    Set it and walk around the boat, rig poles, reel in fish, answer the phone, use the bathroom, drink a beverage, mix a beverage, whittle wood, take a nap, read a book, just about any thing you can think of. Works great.

    Very good - no problems in 2 years of every weekend of use - mine has the universal sonar great for following creek channels. good luck
