I use the Uncle Buck's Deluxe telescoping poles with guides and shimano reels. Probably not the best rods but they work ok for me, and the telescoping makes em easy to transport.
hey guys , what kind of poles and/or reels is everybody using now for spider rigging?

I like the BnM Pro Staff Troling if you're tightlining out front.I have a couple of Bnm brushcutter's i use some too, little bit stiff, but I double up on them for trolling or jigging in brush either. Have the Diawa accudepth 17 line counter on all of them. If I longline from side or rear of boat I use anything I can find. Have from 4.5 ft to 9 ft with cheap reel. Walmart 20.00 reel. Hope this helps.
I use proanglers used to use bnm but had some problems with them, ed at proangler will break his leg to please you best customer service i have ever had. i just use some of my old bass fishing baitcasters.
BnM Pro Staff Trolling rods with $11 Shimano IX100R reels.
I like my Wally tightlines, but BnM's are good too. Check out www.monkscrappie.com, Monk's got good prices and just posted some really inexpensive rods too that he just got in.
