Truman Thumpers

The JJ's hit Truman today around 7:30 am & it was darn cold

so we didnt go far from the marina. About 9 am we found a few thumpers to help warm up the day. We wound up with our limit. persistence paid off, but the last 5 keepers took 2 hrs to catch.

We have decided that this year we are going to fish some new spots & today was the first of many we hope to find fish in. Blk/pink....Blk/orange beaver tails was our best bite. 10-15 fow 9-11 ft down. Most came off nothing you could see.

good job folks, we sissied out early on........ glad you stayed with it.......... a few of them and we might of stayed awhile longer.......

Good job JJ's. Got an invite from the Dynamic Duo but wussed out. Spent all day Saturday on LOZ and was all I needed for a weekend.

no we didn't - figured 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 maybe - Sue caught this one :-)
