Sounds like a lot of fun. Bet you worked hard the rest of the day with the fishing bug off your back.
Another guy from work and I went fishing before work this morning and in only 3 hours hauled in 98 crappie. Not the biggest in the world but they will eat for sure. This is an overpopulated pond and needs to be fished heavily, so I guess I will suck it up and be the one that does it. The size were mostly 9 and 10 inches. We sat in the same spot the whole time just casting jigs.

This only my opinion, but nothing you can say will change my mind. That makes it a FACT.
Today is a Blessed Day and a Prosperous Day
Sure beat what we did on Pickwick today. Wind was high and only one 11" crappie and a small bass and rick bass.
But it was still a nice day out on the water.

Same here shiloh went down on the tenn-tom near pickensville wind was pretty bad caught 3 but at least i got to go fishing
I got to go today but couldn't connect. The wind turned out of the north and the temp dropped. We need a few days up in the 80s to fix the water.

Wow. 98 crappie in 3 hours. I'm jealous.
All in all you're just another fish on my wall.
Like you it was nice to be on the water. but between the wind and sun. I'm burnt. LOLOriginally Posted by CrappieLips
