    Default Hook Grub types

I have used the 1/6 Oz. red hook on a tight line bottom hook rig a lot with just minnows and have done well. I got to talk to one of the Roadrunner Teams Coy Sipes at a tournament last week and was told I should try a stinger tail soft bait. Is any type or style you may like to use.

I've used that stinger-tail, bubble belly style a lot for dock shooting. It's what we call a "profile" bait and sometimes I can't keep the spotted bass off of them. (Still fun on four pound line) That profile also adds "lift" to straight minnow rigs too. Good thinking on Coy's part. I hope I answered your question completely but let me know if not. Blessings, -TJ

I have not dock shot with roadrunner yet but will give it try. The lift on the bottom hook would help.
    Thank You for you help.
