    Do you really think hook color matters when fishing with just minnows, or jigs, or on crankbaits? Thanks

    Great question. One of the studies we did was with equal numbers of Gold, Bronze, and Red hooks on a trotline. Red out-fished the other colors, combined. Our Blood Red and Bleeding Bait hooks were "born" in 2000. I wouldn't fish without red hooks, ever. I hope I answered your question completely but let me know if not. Blessings, -TJ
