I might just see you up there.... even though I might stop and hit the left side first.

Good luck and be careful the water is awful low. It does make some spots easier to run especially the ones you already cleared out!Thumbs Up

Good luck Brushman...let us know how you did up there. I'm working Saturday and the in-laws are in Sunday, so my weekend is pretty much shot. I may end up going on Tuesday if the weather semi-cooperates...

    Default good first trip

for the first trip up this year it was pretty good. fished with nvrgvup and limitout, hope they didnt get frost bite from early morn temps as we started out in about 23 deg temps. went up river just past roberts and ran into ice and wind so we ended up on main lake. as just jerkin said the only fish we could find was near edge of river channel or creek channel 22 -25ft . early they were closer to bottom but later in afternoon they suspended over the brush about 16 ft down, also alot of white bass mixed in with crappie. tandem 1/8 oz jigs with blk/chrt and blu/chrt early then when sun came out it was orange/chart. caught well over 100 fish , brought home 3 limits of crappie and about 15 big whites. nothing to get pics of just alot of eaters, 10 -11 inchers, the biggest was about 13inches.

Way to go Rodney and guys. Sounds like a great day even with the cool start. I can't wait to get up there again.

Way to go, guys. I was thinking about you when it was ball freezin' and windy. Glad it was a worthwhile trip and you didn't freeze in vain.
