    Looking for a new extendable net.I am looking for something light weight.I had one of the rubber net ones liked it but heavy.What do you use?

    ego is WAY too expensive.

    at a flea market, i found an old window squeege/washer on a 14' extendable pole. i have cheap hook proof net that i mounted to the end of the pole. painted it the same color as my boat and went fishing. light weight, stronger, custom, and about $30 cheaper than those egos.

    EGO reach is the way to go.The none rubber one seems to hang hooks so i bought the rubber and love it.
    There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
