    Default What time of day?

What time of day is best for catching pre-spawn and post-spawn crappie?
Is the middle of the day as good as early mornings or evenings?

If you ever find out let us know. The time will vary with weather, temperature, light, clarity, structure, forage and moon phases. In general though early morning and late evening and 2-5 pm when the moon is full are usually effective.

No, just speaking from experience (mostly trial and error).
