Minn-Kota PDV2

A Buddy of mine wants to buy my one year old PDV2 55lb, 48 in. I put it in the Barn about three mo. ago fished with it about 15 times, maybe, in great shape, what do you guys think I should ask for it ?? replaced it with terrova i-pilot on my boat, love it !!!! I think you can get a new one for about $600 or so would $300 be about right too ask for it ?
