Default Add A Seat is Junk

We had the steel pins break from the welds on the center post and one of our seats. It will send you flying if you aren't paying attention when they break. Now I know why they aren't selling them anymore. Now I have to spend time doing modifications to make it safe.150 for junk

Sell it on here. You won't have any problems selling it. There is someone in the clasified section looking for one right now.

Yeah, and he's awful chunky too. Bwahahahaha.

Seriously though, you could easily sell a broken Add-A-Seat on here for more than you bought it for.

A lot like the old Wannabe... except with fewer bad words. And Karate chop action. But, yes, still purtier than you.

Pull up "Home made add a seat" on the search engine at the top of the page and look at my version.

This first picture is the pin that goes into the floor of your boat in the pedestal base..As you can tell, the weld broke which in turn allowed the pin to drop into the pedestal base in the floor of the boat...After this happened, one unequal movement and Greg and I almost went overboard as there was nothing holding up our base...

This picture shows how the pin broke from the add a seat..After the pin broke we were resting on top of the black round peice with hothing holding us in place when moving or rocking the chair..

Just sayin, check your welds or wear a pfd when using the original add a seat..
