What is the ice looking like around State Park or Tightwad? Got spring fever after such a beautiful day... Thanks in advance for your info Hands Clapping

You can probably put in at State Park and go around the corner to the south and fish the bluff. Sterett Creek still has 6'' of ice at the marina. I haven't been across the dam in the last couple of days. I will check Thursday and post.

I didn't get to State Park to check today, but you can put in at Shawnee Bend by the dam and fish the bluffs. Sterett Creek and Little Tebow ramps are iced in, ALL RAMPS HAVE WALKWAYS PULLED SO YOU WILL NEED 2 PEOPLE TO LAUNCH AND WILL HAVE TO PUT BOAT ON SHORE TO GET IN.

Launched the boat at State Park and headed north 3 miles down the main channel. Wasn't much ice, just a few patches here and there, started fishing and found out the $500 fiberglass repair wasn't right so headed back, was a beautiful day on the water, can't wait till the boat is right
