Economy trolling rods (options?)

Go with the crappie rods from Cabelas. 12' and run around 20-24 dollars each, 10 yr warranty. Have always worked great for me, this is Cabelas version of the ugly stick. Have them delivered to the Cabelas nearest you, and you don't have to pay shipping. Sometimes the cabelas in St. Louis will have several in stock, but you might want to call and check.

Silstar used to put out a 12' rod that was cheap & tuff as heck! But I haven't seen any 12' silstars in a while. All I can find is 10'. Monk had some at 1 time.

They may still be avaliable at some point. Monk keeps posting that he is waiting for them to come in from china. Grizzly had them but sold out of the 12. Been wanting to buy some and can't find them anywhere else.

My buddy bought 6 pinnacle 12' poles and has broken 4 in very limited use,you usually get what you pay for.

Early March, I will have HT Panfish available. The prices will be: 8 ft-$9.00, 10 ft-$11.00, and 12 ft-$13.00. These are good poles with reel seats, adequate guides, and Orange tip.
