b & m mini reel question

I picked one of these up today because it just looked like fun, but I am having trouble figuring out how to switch it from right hand to left hand. It says "Right or Left Hand Retrieve", but I can't figure out how to switch it. Help please

You take the side that the reel handle is on & flip the dog. If you were here I could show ya but I don't know how to tell ya.

I left out the word "opposite" when I was trying to explain what side the dog was on. I got some pictures that might help.

Just move the dog pin into the other hole like in these pictures. You don't have to take the side off just unscrew the knob. I took the side off so you could see what I was trying to explain.

It don't work right that way. If you do that you gotta turn the handle backwards to reel in line.
