Looks the same here in western IL (Sterling). I don't know how the plows are going to get through all this mess and it's not done yet. The street in front of my house looks just like those pictures. The hospital is three blocks away and I don't think they could get here in under an hour.
Be safe everyone!!!! This would be a great time to be snowed in a well stocked ice house.
This is still better then a 100 degree hot stickey day.

We had a record snow from this in the Tulsa area. Be glad your State and Counties have the proper equipment to handle a storm like this. I have about 20" on average and will spend 4 hours today just shoveling a swath through my driveway to get out. After I can get my truck out, it will depend on if roads have been cleared whether I can go anywhere or not. I've got waves of snow anywhere from 1' to 3' deep to dig out for another 100'. Next snow due in Monday. Oh Joy!

The East is getting slammed right now. It came in two different batchs. Tuesday we got 6 1/2" and then this batch started at 1245 this morning and just about everthing has been closed except my office so I took the day off. we've gotten another 16" and their expecting 8+ inches more.

My wife then tells me so you can take me for my trigger point injections, the roads bit the big one. Saw 2 other cars on a road and it was not fun.

    Be careful all
