    Default Locating structure

Got my first boat, heading out this weekend here in central OK. Most of my lake fishing experience has been bass, this will be first trip that I only fish for crappie. What do I need to know about locating structure? What are you looking for when you pull away from the ramp? Are you using electronics only? Can someone explain how the weather/wind/sun effect the way the crappie behave? Sorry, lots of questions in one post.

    Thanks

Find a flat near a deep drop with structure, fish it early morning and evening. Use slipcorks and minnows, jigs under float or slow troll. There is a multitude of ways. If you set up with slip corks and minnows fan'm out and then toss a jig while you observe the bobbers. That otta git ya started.
This only my opinion, but nothing you can say will change my mind. That makes it a FACT.
