i buy my license on line in other state.

i have an exemption in mo.

i think mo. renewal is in april. but what do i know ain't had one in 7 years why get one now.

My 2010 MO permit shows it expires on February 28, 2011. I'm assuming that means you should have a new one by March 1st.
