    .3 to 1 Depends on how deep I'm fishing.

    I normally let the fish tell me,i have caught fish at .7 and sitting completly still,they'll let you know.

    0.2 - 0.4mph to keep the lines as vertical as possible...when I'm moving around....

    If I catch a fish or see that I'm coming up on an interesting piece of structure...I may spend considerable time staying really close to that structure until the fish either quit biting from that structure...or I get impatient and move on....at 0.2 - 0.4mph...to the next piece of structure...

    I watch my lines and adjust my speed so that my lines are 3-4 in past vertical.
