This is "twojigginjohn" he always manned up with a jig pole in each hand.
But, this is only pic I have of him being close to what you want.

I sometimes fish with 3 and 4 poles, but I see folks with more than that. 3 is normally my number.

There was a show on TV some time back showing a couple of people jigging for crappie with a pole in each hand but I can't remember what show it was.
