Default Whats Your Favorite - Tubes Or Solid Bodies?!?!

Last year was my first year actually trying to catch Crappie, I mainly threw the RoadRunner with either the Blakemore turbo tails and Crappie Thunder or Berkley Power Grubs...which are all solid bodies. And had good results so I would say I am partial to solid body jigs.
Was wondering what you all like or prefer? Is one body style better than others overall or in different circumstances?

You started out with some good soft plastics as you know they catch fish. Road Runners all they way!
I myself like most crappie fisherman have about everything there is to catch a crappie in my tackle box.
With that being said I really really like the Lake Fork Live Baby Shad. They have really helped me put more fish in the boat.
I also like Southern Pro Tubes and Twisters.

    Good luck this season!

I use home-made Road Runners with turbo tails, crappie thunder, and twister tails. All produce fish and will darn near catch anything that swims, Since most Road Runners don't have a barb hollow tubes tend to slide down more than solid.

I like plastic, got a few hair and feather, but plastic is what I use 90 percent of the time. have tried lots of different companys, found one I like and stuck with it. try them all, we all have different taste and what ever you get confidence in you will use no matter what anyone else says.

Neither. I prefer a simple marabou-and-chenille jig most of the time.

    Cool Depends

I use different types in different situations.

With that be'n said... I like the Southern Pro Little Hustler Tubes & Hot Grubs, Bobby Garland Baby Shad, & Panfish Assassins. The colors & size I used depend on the conditions.

I love the Southern Pro Stinger Shads for most applications, HOWEVER....when a front comes in and the fish are shut down, I still have better luck with a regular Stinger that is not solid.
