Look a lot before you pull the trigger, there's a lot out there. Used market is pretty wide also.
I am looking to buy a boat within the next year as my boat fund has almost reached it's potential. I am really digging the Alumacraft Crappie Deluxe. I am thinking of putting a 25hp Yamaha on it.
With that being said please feel free to put out any info or input good, bad, or indifferent. I am open to any suggestions. The major reason I like this one is it is simple with room so if the little lady gets board she can layout to sunbath as I fish.
So any and all input is more than appreciated.

Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
i agree with skeetbum , also people are thinking of gas prices when they buy a motor now, as they are getting high
Four stroke for sure
TOO MANY IDIOTS TO FEW BULLETS
It depends on the size of lakes that you will be fishing, but maximize the size of your motor accordingly. Lots of guys that buy a new or used boat come back and say they wish they had gone with a bigger motor. EB
DO-GOODER EXTRADINAR :p
Buy used and get twice the boat with the same $. I personally don't see how they sell new ones. Boats can last a long, long time if well maintained but the value of a new one falls like a rock over the first 5 years.
Check out the classified section ~~2 boats listed.
