    Was watching the flw bass fishing tour on sunday,i know this is not about crappie but i asked this question around job site today no answer..here it is why do they weigh the fish in water????

    yep that's it plus more accurate weights and looks better for the crowd and tv than a bunch of fish flopping around in a basket.

    how do they get the weight, does just the displacement of the water get the weight accurate, If fish float how does the meter register the fish weight?
