Ice Stockton and more ice
Everything south of State park is froze. State park had some ice but someone was kind enough to bust a trail out so we launched and followed the trail to open water. Saw a red dodge pulling a boat with a CDC sticker, who was that? Sorry I did not stop to chat but was tring to get out of the way. I launched right before you. The weather was nice after the weather we had last week.
Found lot's of fish but they did not want what we had to offer, ended up with 16 and called it a day. Sure was nice visiting with people today and that was the best part of the day. Best bait for me was rootbeer/chart and did try a number of other colors just did not catch anything on them. Oh well can't catch a limit everytime, but it sure would be nice.

We got there around 1 o'clock.i was in a red dodge with ar.plates.We drive 139 miles up there.caught 1 goodn and dinks.Got there to late and didn;t have enough clothes on. hope to do better next time.

Pole Bender, I was there yesterday, also in a red Dodge quad-cab and have a Crappie.Com sticker I got from beagle man on the boat windshield. I got there at about 10:00 and the crappie fishing was slow, only had two keepers, so I went and harrassed the green carp for a while.
