    Default Boat Carpet

What do you all use to clean your boat carpet? I've tried different brands but have found Tuff Stuff to do a pretty good job. I also use Scotch Guard after cleaning. Seems to help with any stains I get during the year.

Dawn dish detergent. Does a pretty good job on most anything and main thing I like is that it will rinse out much easier.

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

The hi pressure washer at home or the car wash works wonders...I'll usually empty all the storage bins and do it once or twice a year then let it set out in the sun with the lids up to dry out..looks like new again..

When stains are present, Spray them with Resolve carpet cleaner before you scrub them.

x2 on the power washer. Scotch Guard sounds like a good idea.

vinager and water. carpet cleaners leave soap scum, which makes the carpet get dirtier faster. then scotch gard. resolve for touch-up. i have a carpet cleaner that mixes the solution in the proper amounts
