Default Good boat for crappie fishing?

Hello to everyone. I am new to this forum. Just wondering what you all think would make a good boat for crappie fishing. I have been looking at the Carolina Skiff 1965. I was wondering if anybody on this forum has a carolina skiff? If so what model do you have? Any pictures?

    Thanks
    Will

Hey Will. I'd love to have me a 19 footer. I started night fishing and with all the gear I carry along my little skiff gets pretty crowded for me and my son. If you're looking for a shallow running boat and dont mind a little beating on rough water then you'll love the skiffs.

Hi Will. Welcome aboard. I would think that the skiff would make a fine crappie boat.

I have the 198DLX - the 1965 is a good boat but for me the the extra width is well worth the money if you are going go that route anyway - I have the 4 stroke 90hp Johnson and still less than $15,000 - good boat I ahave been pleased
with my mind on crappie and crappie on my mind -
and if ya'll see Goober later tellem I said duh huh - he'll know what ya mean!!!!!!!!

IMO, any boat that gets you off the bank and doesn't sink is a good boat for crappie fishing. - Roberta
