    Default Truman 1/4/11 Cold

Ron and I left windsor this am about 9 am, 22 degrees, get to windsor crossing, and it had forzen over last night, not thick but I don't do ice no matter how thick, so onward we go, ended up over on the grand several of the ramps were open there, really didn't mind riding another 1/2 hour in the warm truck, get unload and head out, north wind cold, take our time getting to our spot, and it was on fire, we fished about 3 hours and had 75 we could have kept, but didn't keep any, had about 10 pound plus fish, actually had 7 nice ones I was going to put on the stringer and take a pic before releasing, but once I dug out a couple for this photo, I decided it was to cold to do it, check out the breath in the pic, good to see I am still breathing, I used elec chicken and ron was using purple/chart all morning......... 10' down in 15' fow... had a cold time but got to feel the thumps a whole bunch......... just might have to do this again soon.............:D

Sound fun. All this fish catching has me thinking about putting the batteries in the boat, pulling it out of storage and trying it myself.

A cold day on the lake is better than being inside a warm building running pipe all day. Keep after them Monty atleast I get some enjoyment out of your pics.
