Default stockton a little rough today

weather man at 5 last night said 6 to 9mph winds ,,, bull crap. 16 to 26 more like it.

went to the same spot as yesterday, could not stand the 4ft swells, so tried to find some in a couple coves, no luck, well found fish, but could not get them to bite, tried everything in my box to no avail, saw several other boats but no one catching fish I could tell, oh well boat did not sink, I did not stay in the rough water, so all is well.

Daughter and new baby are doing just fine.

Congrats on the new grand baby and the fish Beagle
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.

Big winds are sure tough to deal with. Congrats on getting some in tough conditions. Nice fish too!
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish
