Default Traditional New Years menu is on the table............

I hope everyone has a great and prosperous New Year. I am filling my belly. Pork chops, collards, black eyed peas, sweet potatoes, squash and corn bread. Life is good. Think about the good that is in store for us all next year. Happy New Year!

Sounds exactly like our lunch except we had pork roast instead of chops. Can not go wrong with either one.

Just had pork style ribs, black eye-pea's, turnip greens, corn on the cob and cornbread. Our traditional New Years day meal, sure to bring good luck this year!

They say if you eat ham and beans on New Years day, you will be well fed all year long.

I am not taking any chances. I loaded up, in more than one way. :D

    Happy New Year to all.
